I strive to redefine the idea of urban landscape and its relationship to the human psyche as well as the body. My work is derivative of spaces that are congested, forgotten...left behind. The outcome of my wanderings in these lonely, concrete areas are paintings that serve as reaction to the electrifying elements of industrial spaces which are felt, but not necessarily seen.

So much of what I create is about the compulsions that originate from the process of image-making itself. Similar to the subjects that are the catalysts for my themes, I work....re-state…re-iterate....then re-process through the debris of that creation until what remains is essentially what is "found".
